Aspire for Greatness

​Aspire for Greatness is a locally grown, not-for-profit older youth mentoring program offering both one-to-one mentoring and structured enrichment out of school time programs year-round for students in 7th-12th grade, and up through age 19.

Banisters Leadership Academy

Youth to Movement (Y2M) is an experiential learning program that provides youth employment opportunities, and personal and leadership development. Y2M is designed on the evidence-based model: Bring Your “A” Game which is an engaging curriculum for building the seven foundational workplace skills of Work Ethic. Students aged 14-18 provide peer-led programming, gain work experience and receive a weekly stipend.

Care Corps' LifeHouse

Provides short-term emergency shelter to individuals and families in a housing crisis. Programs include case management, professional counseling, and life skills education classes to assist residents in securing employment and housing. 

LifeHouse also provides programs for  Dodge County residents in need of food, household goods, hygiene products, rent and utility assistance.  Specialized food programs and school supply distribution to all Dodge County schools are also available.

CASA of the Midlands

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteers are well-trained and speak in court for the best interest of abused and neglected children.  These children are in court due to no fault of their own.  All of the children are victims of abuse and neglect in Dodge and Washington counties.

Dodge County Head Start

Dodge County Head Start is a Comprehensive Child Development, School Readiness and Family Engagement Program for qualifying children and families .Provides services to income eligible birth to 5 year old and their families.  Enrolled families also receive health, nutrition, mental health and social services through program options.

Fremont Area Habitat for Humanity

Fremont Area Habitat for Humanity is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Fremont Area Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.

Fremont Family YMCA

Hundreds of area children have access to the health, wellness, and value-centered programs at the YMCA due to the financial aid/scholarship program, where no child is denied. Programs  for special needs individuals.

The Heartland Workers Center develops and organizes leaders, promotes workers’ rights, and fosters a culture of civic engagement in order to build power and create change with immigrant and underrepresented communities.

Legal Aid of Nebraska

For more than 50 years, Legal Aid of Nebraska has provided dignity, hope, self-sufficiency and justice through quality civil legal services. Legal Aid of Nebraska provides information, referrals, advice, self-help services, limited assistance and representation to qualifying low-income individuals with legal problems.

Lutheran Family Services

Depression, anger, trauma, and addictive behaviors can all be products of stress. Knowing there is support and help to get you and your loved ones through the tough times can make all the difference. LFS provides assistance in identifying and treating abusive and addictive behaviors as well as information, support, and coping skills. In addition to individual, family, and group counseling, LFS offers speakers, seminars, and workshops on behavioral health issues. we work hand-in-hand with law enforcement and the judicial system.

Rebuilding Together, Platte Valley East

At Rebuilding Together, Platte Valley East, we provide repairs and modifications to the homes of our area's most vulnerable low-income homeowners.  The work begins with a house, but ends with giving our neighbors in need a hand-up towards hope for a happier, safer, and healthier future.

TeamMates of Blair

TeamMates Mentoring is a school-based mentoring program that provides support and encouragement for students from the 3rd grade up to their high school graduation.

Comprehensive services to victims, their families, and perpetrators of domestic violence and sexual assault, including 24-hour hotline and shelter programs, support groups in Spanish and English, children’s program, criminal justice advocacy, an educational program for perpetrators of violence and public education/prevention presentations. Housing assistance for domestic violence victims and families.
